Hope everyone had a great weekend! We finally had out Baby Shower for baby Kaleb this weekend. From the beginning i said i wanted something small and simple and for once i got it and it was just perfect! Alot of people ended up not showing up and i was fine with it usually i would care and get my feelings hurt but I'm just not in the mood to be around alot of people right now especially when we no longer have things in comment.

With that i mean I don't go out anymore, I'm not single so i don't like to mingle, and i have a child. Most of my best girl friends are just now married no kids yet or in the near future and go out every weekend so its hard to really keep that friendship or connection going. I love them all though so i love seeing them as often as i can but being 8 1/2 months preggors kinda gets in the way!

{ Chocolate Chip Cookies to die for}

I have experimented with countless recipes searching for that perfect chocolate chip cookie. The characteristics of the perfect cookie are a very personal matter, and here are my preferences:

 texture: chewy w. medium thickness --- everyone has their preference, and this is mine!

• chocolate to cookie ratio: 50/50 --- I really enjoy having a lot of chocolate in every bite
• chips vs. chunks: chunks --- I like sizeable pieces of chocolate in my cookie.
• type of chocolate: bittersweet --- I like using Valrhona 61% extra bitter 
• nuts or other add-ins: NONE!!

 With the above criteria in mind, this recipe is the closest I've come to experiencing CCC perfection. It's the "not so secret" secret recipe from Jacque Torres, and I'm sure many of you have read about this or already tried this at home. I've been making this recipe countless times, and have found that the following tips make this cookie absolutely perfect:

- Don't substitute the pastry and bread flours w. AP flour. I really believe that the combination of the pastry and bread flours give the cookie a nice slightly crunchy exterior giving way to a really tender middle.

 - Hand chopped chocolate chunks, NOT premade chips - I will purchase a hunk of the best bittersweet chocolate that I can afford and hand cut them into chunks. The easiest method to chop a block of chocolate: nuke the block at 50% power for a few seconds, no more. It softens the chocolate just enough. Then take a large kitchen knife and chop away! Your effort will be rewarded with really nice ribbons of melted chocolate throughout the cookie. Plus it's cheaper who doesnt like to save a buck these days :)

 - Chill the cookie dough at least 24 hours (I let my dough sit anywhere from 2-3 days) before baking. This is not for taste reasons that were recently written about in an article from NY Times (god forbid we're aging cookie dough...let's leave that for wine and cheese). IMHO, refrigeration makes a difference with the look and texture. I think the dough sets in a way so when you bake the cookies, you end up with the lovely wrinkles and folds as the balls of dough spread and bake. Until I encounter another recipe that will move mountains, I think have finally found my perfect chocolate chip cookie!

 Jacques Torres' Secret Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Makes twenty-six 5-inch cookies or 8 1/2 dozen 1 1/4-inch cookies

Ingredients :

• 1 pound unsalted butter
• 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 2 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons pastry flour
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda 
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 pounds bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

 Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats; set aside.

- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars.

- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Reduce speed to low and add both flours, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolate; mix until well combined.

- Using a 4-ounce scoop for larger cookies or a 1-ounce scoop for smaller cookies, scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

- Bake until lightly browned, but still soft, about 20 minutes for larger cookies and about 15 minutes for smaller cookies.

- Cool slightly on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

{Storybook Forrest, Pumpkin Patches, Oh My}

I'm so excited this weekend we finally get to go to the Storybook Forrest and the Pumpkin Patch!!!! I love Fall but not as much as I love WINTER :) I'm so excited for the holidays part because Jeremiah is getting older and is so much fun watching him experience things and learning all new things and the other part is that God willing Baby Kaleb will be here right before Christmas :)

I cant ask for anything else this year but i would like it to hurry up a bit. I love wrapping presents and the cold winter air, which makes me think is it too early to start shopping for gifts??? I know we still have Halloween and of course Thanksgiving but im so excited!!!!

We woke up this morning to 45 degrees outside i was Extremely Happy! I mean come on it was so HOT this summer i almost passed out everyday. So i love the weather i love all the activities we are getting to do this weekend with my sweet sweet boys!

I promise i will post pictures and let you know whether is worth going to. Which so far the Storybook Forrest seems to be it's only $7 dollars to get in you get to hear all the stories, roast marshmellows, make hot dogs and see all your favorite Disney characters! If i was 2 i would be super happy heck im not 2 and im still happy to be going :)

{ I Wonder}

This weekend was eventful to say the least. Full of emotions and ups and downs. My mother has decided to move back to Puerto Rico which is where we are from after living in the states for a little over 10 years now. At first i was excited for her because i know she has been wanting to move and the plan was to stay here 6 months and there 6 months. Well we learn quickly that the plan wasn't going to be that when it all came down to it. She is gone for good. Of course we plan to visit here and there but things are forever changed.

My 2 year old will not remember her when she comes to visit and if he does it will just be more painful when she leaves again. Not to mention the one in the belly will not grow up with grandma around. But she is doing what she wants so all i can do is sit back and support her as much as i can.

In a way i feel like i have no parents my father left before i was even born and now my mother has pick up and left also. Is hurtful to say the least but i know that me my fantastic husband and sisters will stick together and make the best of it.

{Homesick}

Usually i spend my weekends loving on my little one because i miss him so much from only seeing him a few hours a day during the week. But this weekend not only did i spend it loving him but we went on a few trips to the Latin Super market here in Ok and shop for goodies from back home.

We didn't find alot of them because it was mostly Mexican things but the ones we found we couldn't get home fast enough to cook them! Jeremiah is in love with mango's i bought 3 of them at the market and they were huge he ate 2 of them all alone. He looked so cute eating them they covered more than half of his face :)

So my weekend was spend in the kitchen and in bed! Saturday me and the hubby went to one of my dear friends wedding she look stunning! I thought i would get a little sad that i was on the other end this time but i wasn't i was happy no more stress!!!!!

{Can This Be}

Lately i been a robot. I wake up int he morning and get ready for work get Jeremiah dress and ready take him to daycare and off to work i go. Come home cook dinner and lay down until is bath time then time for bed. I HATE IT. I hate not being able to take our afternoon walks like we used to because I'm so physically and mentally exhausted. I can't play with Jeremiah because i can barley keep my eyes open.

He's starting to act out a little bit I'm not sure if its him being frustrated with us for not going and playing outside or if its the TERRIBLE 2's that everyone speaks off. Either way i don't like it. I'm so tired and my patience is so low that i end up yelling at him which is something i have never done before and i have only done it twice and right after it i feel torn up about it. i hate being that mom i don't want to be that mom.

I had that mom the one that yell and beat us for everything, the one that never had time to play with us or be a mom because she was either busy working or busy with her boyfriend. Thank GOD i have DeAngelo he's great with Jeremiah they can play for hours. I wish i had half of the energy he does. But i don't think i will get any anytime soon sense I'm preggors.

I'm planning for us to take a little mini vaca soon so we can get out of Oklahoma and just spend time together as a family. I hate getting caught up int he everyday life and forgetting to spend that family time together. That to me is the most important thing sense i never had that really.

Any of you Mamie's know how to deal with the terrible 2's without killing yourself???

{ The I Do's}

We finally got married this past Friday!!! Yes Tax day, hey at least he has no excused for forgetting our anniversary! The weather was not quite perfect but we manage. It was cloudy and cold all day like 40's and the wind was 30mph so it was not good. The ceremony was at 6:30 in the evening and around 3:30 there it was the sun!

It warmed up so much and the wind kept on blowing but i was happy we wouldn't freeze :) We were able to take some pictures however my dress became brown because of all the dirt flying around. We weren't able to take any group photos because the wind like i mention was truly brutal and my poor girls couldn't take it.

I was super stress and might of been a little brat up until i met my fiance now HUSBAND in private. After that moment i was okay i was relax and ready for everything and whatever was to come! Everything turned out perfect! I have to agree with everyone it went by so fast but i really did enjoy it. Jeremiah looked adorable and the wedding party looked awesome!

Is 10 days before the wedding... I can't sleep all i do is go through all the details in my head to make sure i don't forget anything. At work i cant work because all i can seem to think about is WEDDING! Tomorrow we go get our wedding license and I'm so excited!

I have search Etsy for what seems like hours everyday looking for the perfect hair accessory, just when i think i have found it i find another and another... So i stop looking just for today. Well at least lets see how long i can last without looking! I have everything done and paid for is just the small details that are driving me crazy at the moment oh and the never ending phone calls.

But at the end of the day i wouldn't trade it for the world because in 10 days i get to finally marry my best friend and for that i can't wait :)

{Growing 2 Fast}

Morning !!!! Is only Monday morning and I'm already ready for Friday! This weekend was a busy one. The soon to be mother in law is in town and staying with us for a few days and the little one turned 2. He had a blast, we didn't invite alot of people because being 2 weeks before the wedding (YAY) we wanted something small just with close family.

His birthday party was Despicable Me theme and it turned out super cute! I was worried the party decorations wouldn't make it in on time but they did thank GOD. He got lots of toys and we spend the rest of the weekend cleaning house and shopping for last minute details.

 Let me start by telling you our friendship story, is very weird and funny! Me and Brittany went to the same high school. We HATED one another. I mean HATED. I used to talk so much smack about this girl and now i cannot live without her she is truly one of my Besties!

She was a year younger than all of us and i remember we started our hatred for one another over what else a BOY! You know the typical thing girls fight in high school over. But here is the twist. This particular guy that we were hating one another for the church goody goody two shoe of himself was playing us both.

You see this boy which shall remain nameless until i decide to tell the world his lame of a name. Was my boyfriend and at the same time he was her boyfriend. Neither one of us ever thought he would be playing us because again this guy was like picture perfect for any bible school kid. Well he was.

A few years ago me and Brittany finally cross paths again high school was over and we just laid it all out there. That's when we realized hey that dush bag was playing us both so we hated one another for absolutely no reason! The Joke was really on us lets just say. Sense then our friendship has grown ALOT and now she is one of my bridesmaids but most importantly one of my best friends. She is super smart crazy funny and truly beautiful! i love her and if any of you would meet her so would you.

Sorry boys she is happily taken to an awesome guy name Kyle! I soon expect a proposal just saying ! No pressure Kyle! Anyways i love you Brittany and I'm glad we have grown to be such great friends!

In 14 days i get to change my last name, say i do to my best friend, wear very pretty white dress, get all beautified with my close friends, and have a party! I cannot wait to get married.

Is so close I'm starting to get a little nervous i will admit that. I have the dreams of omg the dress wont fit or its dirty. LOL Silly nighmears which I'm sure every brides gets!

{Crunch Time}

My little one is turning 2 next Saturday although I'm super excited to throw him a great birthday party I'm super sad that he's already 2. I feel like i just brought him home from the hospital. He has gotten so big and hes truly the biggest blessing in my life!

I remember when i found out  I was preggors i freak out. But I will never forget DeAngelo's face he was so excited! He just kept saying it will be okay this is a good thing. LOL I still freak out! But he was right Jeremiah has been the biggest blessing to the both of us and our lives are so much better now! I cant really explain it but its so much better. I have so much fun with him and doing mami stuff i wouldn't trade it for the world.

I know some people that say they don't ever want kids or kids are not for them and although you are in title to your own opinion let me just tell you all something YOU ARE CRAZY!!!!! They are awesome so have them!

Jeremiah is addicted to "Despicable Me" movie, so we are having a despicable me birthday party! Full of little minions and fun stuff. I'm so excited for it. The party decorations have been a pain to find because they are not out yet but thankfully i check eBay and found some. YAY for eBay!

I promise to post lots of pictures of the party and of course the beautiful birthday boy! Do you remember your birthday parties when you were younger? Which one was your favorite?

{Dark Walks}

I found myself last night thinking about everything that i have coming up. School, Being a mother, Being a Wife, Being a friend, Being me.....

When i was a little girl i would go to the park that was 3 houses down for me and sit and just dream about my life. My wedding day. The day is getting closer and closer and is so different from what i dream of as a little girl. I always thought it would be at my hometown, the church i grew up at, with all of m neighbors, family and friends there.

I had a dream. I keep asking God who I'm supposed to be, what I'm supposed to do? I know he brought me here and has me here for a reason but for what? I walk at night alone in my little world and dream of what things could be like. There is so many things i want to do with my life and yet I'm turning 25 and i feel like i have done nothing. Maybe is something everyone goes through....

When i was little i used to go in my grandma's back yard and play pretend in a house made out a tree. I was the perfect housewife back then! Now I'm feeling old and grey. The little girl i keep dreaming of is no longer there and those dreams I had seem farther away then ever.

{Wild Fire}

So this weekend we finish all of the center pieces YAY!!! The only thing left to do for the wedding is make the Kissing balls which are a little bit of a pain let me just say! Im hoping to have those finish this Wed's at my place.

While me, my sister, Erica & Jennifer worked on them last night we noticed that Hey the neighboorhood across the street has a grass fire going. So what do we do you may ask??? We get in our cars and drive over there while they took pictures and posted them on Facebook i actually knock on a few houses and told them they need to get out.

My sister made fun of me but hey if my house was about to catch fire i would only hope someone would take a few seconds and knock on my door. They got the grass fire out after a few hours of it burning thank GOD!

The wedding is 25 days away and while the weather is warming up i must say my feet are getting colder. Maybe is what they call COLD FEET???? Does anyone know if this is normal or shoudl i run off to mexico with Jp? ;)

{Morning Glory}

I know i have been MIA for a while and to all of you who read/follow me I'm truly sorry. My life has been so hectic the past 2 months that just today i realized i haven't had a chance to truly be myself and do what i love. Which is blog, look through wedding magazine and do a little bit of soul search:) So here is what i have been up to lately!

1:Wedding is 30 days away!!!!! YAY i mean I'm so freaking excited i cannot express it. I get to marry my best friend in 30 days! I have been waiting for this day my entire life! Well at least for the past 24 years of it! Which bring me to : Wedding Blues, yes I'm already thinking about after the wedding. A friend of mine asked me while we were at dinner Saturday night what are you going to do next? What do you have to look forward to? This was my answer HONESTLY this is what i told her after i looked at her like WTF? Excused my language! I'm looking forward to coming home to my husband, to report card from Jeremiah's soon to be school, to making another baby with the love of my life, to working the jobs that pay the bills, to live my life. She didn't say much to me after that ;)

I mean truly you can strip me down right now and you will never take away how truly happy i am. I'm so determined to make something of myself that no matter what happens the next few days months years i will make it.

2: I been looking for another job lately and let me just say i hate interviews. I found myself today this very morning while being interviewed for one of my dream jobs i found myself thinking this is what is all about. The DREAM job. I can't tell how it went because i could not read her at all. Based on the job and my experience i really I'm a great candidate for the position, but these days you never know. I want to do something magical with my life. After all that is what it boils down to. What you do and say is what makes you who you are. Think about it......All it takes is determination and someone to give you a chance to do what you know you can do. I been thinking alot lately on what i want and what i want to do for the rest of my years in this earth and one thing is for sure i want to do something that makes a difference in someones life. Weather it is how i treated them on there special day, or the service they received on one of there biggest days of there life. I want to be part of that. So i may just be one in a million but i wont settle for the job that pays the bills i want more & i deserve more.

Everyday i fight for a thousand little wars, i can spend forever chasing my dreams but at least I'm truly trying to make them a reality instead of sitting at a never ending job that i hate.

3: Jeremiah is turning 2 in a few days and let me just say I'm so excited for him! He is the best thing that has ever happen to me. I love him so much. He started a new daycare and although its to early for me to have an opinion of them just yet he seems to really enjoy it. He has a cold thanks to daddy that has given it to all of us. But hes a trooper he's fighting it!

{Wedding Wedding Wedding}

This past weekend i did nothing but wedding stuff! It was awesome to finally go pick up my wedding dress from the bridal store, to go shop for flowers and center pieces, and to get the bridesmaids shoes all 7 of them :) I will admit i got a little over whelmed picking flowers out i think its just finally hitting me I'm GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!! In 53 days i will no longer be a fiance i will be a wife!

My sister went with me and help me pick out all my center pieces, which was too funny. We had the whole entired Aile block so we could sit on the floor and put stuff together and next to one another and see what worked and what didn't!

My little niece who is 7 took pictures of us and they were pretty funny! I can't wait to get married i have been waiting for so long is not even funny. We are having a blast getting the last few things together. Oh and one more thing i finish my vows! I think they are really good i read them to one of my bridesmaids and awesome friend Erica (you can learn about her in one of my previous blogs) and she bawl the whole entire time i was reading. Let me mention we were at a restaurant having a candle light dinner and I'm reading to her and she crying.... Pretty sure people thought we were either lovers or crazy! Too funny!

{Jar Of Hearts}

I heard this song today and it reminded me of one of my dearest friends that became single recently! She is truly amazing! This girl is sweet, confident, beautiful inside and out and a true friend. We attended the same high school but were not friends, we knew of each other just weren't close. We became close about a year ago and i love her! I would do anything for her including chasing down some people  at Victoria Secret and given them a piece of my mind :)

She found out that her husband (keep in mind they have been dating for 9 years) was unfaithful. This not only broke her heart but it broke all of her closes friends also. When she told me what she was going thru i went home and cried to my fiance and asked him how could he? I mean 9 years? Who does he think he is? I decided that night that i will do anything and everything in my power to get this girl happy and back to herself! We have lots of dinners together and yummy Italian places, we went and got pedis together and simply talk. The Dush wanted her bag of course i mean who wouldn't she is truly beautiful and he is a lost soul without her. But she was strong and realized she deserved better! And from what i can tell she has found a pretty good guy already :)

So here is to you my love! For being so strong, hopeful, beautiful, and an amazing friend! Keep on trucking sista you are just starting the best part of you life!

So i have from today 2 months and 1 week left until the BIG day! Today has been stressful not only is my focus on our other big project but the wedding is really close and i have alot to still do. For example I'm meeting with the videographer on Friday and i hope it goes well because for once i haven't looked into anyone else and the budget is getting tighter and tighter. The flowers have yet to be decided on i want to do real flowers but then again i don't want to spend the $2500 on them and have them die the next day or so. So i may do real for the bouquets etc and fake for center pieces or maybe change florist.

Dress haven't pick it up yet because i feel like a wale in it. I think is just me being me but still. Haven't done the invitations don't even mention plan the shower.

So i need help to say the least let's start by any cute ideas for a bridal shower???? Hope you guys had a great weekend have tons of pictures to post from the past 2 weeks but i haven't had anytime to post them i will get them on here soon promise!

The past 2 days i have spent them indoors due to out lovely snow blizzard. Yesterday it felt like -20 outside so you all get the picture. I have clean, cooked, baked and slept way to much! Im having cabin fever  really bad. Im an island girl so im used to 75 80 degrees every day sunny skies and this cold stuff suck.

Thankfully i will return to work tomorrow i wish i can say it will be warmer but no such luck the tempature tomorrow morning is supposed to be 0 thats without the windshield. So wish me luck i may freeze or get cold feet get it !!!!

Lets talk about my friend, old co worker & bridesmaid! She is fabulous! We worked together back in 07 and hit it off right away. Which to be honest was strange to me because i usually don't really get along with people i work with. But this girl is awesome, i loved working the teller line at my old job with her we had so much fun. I loved working there it was easy and fun!

Even thought i no longer work there we have manage to stay close and stay good friends. Even though i didn't see her for seriously 6 months due to our schedules always conflicting. It sucked but i went on a  few lunch dates with her here lately so we are back on track!!! This girl cracks me up! She is super sweet and has been through a rough 2 years, it seems like. she just bought a house so Congrats love! Not only that but she also started her own blog so look her up and start following her on her journey in this world! HINT : the name of her blog is the name of this blog!

Anyways she has taugh me alot and kept me sain everyday at work through email little did she know! I'm super happy that GOD brought her into my Life 3 years ago & i truly believe she is  a life long friend! So here is to you Kristen happy Thursday love!

{On The Menu}

So lately i have been swamped with work and school and of course planning the biggest day of my life "My Wedding"!!!!! I haven't had anytime to do stuff that i like to do so tomorrow I'm taking a vacation day off work. I will be spending the morning portion in doctors appointments that i have putting off for way to long not only for myself but for the little person.

I decided sense i have also been lacking in my cooking i will make something Yummy for dinner! So looking through menus and recipes today has been relaxing and fun, but wait aren't i supposed to be doing something else......... oh yeah work! But for now this is whats for dinner tomorrow night.

                                 Lemon Chicken & Green Bean Casserole

This is what is supposed to look like! We will see how mine comes out, my mother used to make this for me when i was younger and i loved it ever sense. Here is the recipe for all of you that will like to try it is very good:

-6 chicken breast
-2 cups of sour cream
-¼ cup of lemon juice
-4 tsp Worchester sauce
-2 tsp of celery salt
-2 tsp of paprika
-½ of tbsp. of garlic powder
-1 ¾ cup of bread crumbs
-¾ cup of butter

*Combine everything but bread crumb and butter
*Let stand overnight in the fridge on a Ziploc bag.
*Next day roll the chicken on the crumbs and arrange on a single layer on a cooking sheet or (something shallow)
*Melt the butter
*Spoon some of the butter over the chicken
*Bake uncovered for 45 minutes @ 375 degrees.
*Add the rest of the butter put it on top of the chicken and bake for additional 10-15minutes longer.

Happy Monday everyone!!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. This weekend was alot of fun i met up with a few of my girlfriends and catch up on things and had some yummy food of course! It all started with Kristen on Saturday :)

I finally took her to my favorite cup cake place Cuppies & Joe's!!!! It was delish! I think she actually really enjoy it which is great because that means i can go more often, no not really especially with the wedding just around the corner. After our girl talk and decorating talks i went and met up with Erica, Jennifer and Jessica fir sushi!

I never been a sushi eater so i had crab cakes and they were YUMMO! We talked everything from wedding to going to the dentist i love these girls we always have a lot of fun together! Jessica is getting married in May so its always fun to talk wedding with her i can't wait for her BIG day!

Sunday i spent sometime at home with my boys and went to lunch with Brittany. We went to my FAVORITE Italian Restaurant "PRIMOS". I love love love that place, i cannot have it enough i swear. I like it so much i asked the manager for a catering menu for the wedding reception! She was a little under the weather bless her heart so i gave her orders to go home and sleep! Hope your feeling better Britt!

Then i went home and cooked Sunday super for my family and watch some good TV. I love my little family GOD has truly blessed me with amazing boys!

I'm at work today as you all know. And the future hubby got to stay home with our pride and joy :) I miss them. i hate working while they are at home. So i decided to post a little blog about them just so they can read it and see mami is missing them !

Jeremiah found my heels last night while we watch American Idol and walked around in them i love this picture! Plus you all know it will come in Handy when hes a teenager and wanting to date ha ha ha :) i love his shirt too it says " I color outside the lines"

Potty training this weekend went great! And i love how cute he looks in his little underwear :) If any mommies out there have any potty training tips let me know!

This is what they were both doing while i cooked Monday night's dinner. Anything daddy did Jeremiah would do it was too cute to put in words!

Jeremiah found the box that the Save The Dates came in and of course daddy couldn't help himself and made a robot out of it. He played with that box all night!!! I love how much fun we have with him and how much he learns each day. Miss you guys I'll be home early today!

{Who We Are}

This morning i woke up to ice and snow on my walk to the car, only to notice the tire that i took the day before to get fix is flat. I mean really flat to the point there is no way you can drive it without the rim getting ruin. So the future hubby decided to stay home and let me drive his car to work. As i drove down the roads cover with ice i noticed so many cars flip over, crashed into ditches, and left on the side of the road. All i wanted to do HONESTLY was pulled over and help, i couldn't because:

1:I don't have a tow truck to pull them out.
2: I don't know how to get someones car running if it turned off on it's own.
3: Really what can i do other than say do you need any help???

So i kept driving i didn't go passed 30 miles per hour because it was very slick and i didn't want to end up just like the cars i kept seeing. It took me an hour to get to work which normally only takes me about 20 minutes so you can do the math and get the picture on how bad the roads were. When i finally made it downtown i fell in love. Seriously i love how the city seem so quite and peaceful, everyone was taking their time nobody was trying to cut you off or seem angry. The roads were white and it look like we were the only ones out there trying to get to our destination.

It made me wish life was like this. You know not crazy and stressful just relaxing and peaceful. Everyone taking their time taking their hits but not letting them get them down. Just taking the days one by one, and though the times are hard everyone knows where they belong. Choosing the life they live and living it as they can possibly do. I think that is part of it all, we all want more we can never settle on what we have we always think there is better out there. I'm guilty of this i will admit that but for now I'll choose the life i live and I'll choose to take my hits because at the end of the day all we have is who we are. That is more than you think.

I don't know a person who is not struggling in this economy, or in there relationships is part of life. Simple is that. Nothing is easy you have to work at everything but working at it and still being who you were meant to be is the ultimate goal. I am very blessed with amazing girlfriends i don't have many i can count them all with my hands i love them all individually because they are everything that I'm not. But they are Who they are meant to be and not trying to be something they are not....

So i have a lot of things going on at the moment and lately i have found myself in love with some really awesome stuff so i thought i would share!

1: The reason that i have gain some weight lately is Cuppies & Joes! I used to live really close to this cute coffee shop with killer cup cakes but then i moved away so you ask why have you gain weight then? Right? Ohh well the thing is that i have secretly been stopping by on the way home from work!!! i haven't gone everyday I'm not that bad plus they are closed Mondays lol but i seriously have started to go way to much but they are SOOOOO Good! i can't help it. I need a cupcake innervation any volunteers?

2: Looking at Wedding Pictures from different photographers and writing down a list of what pictures i want my photographer to do! I can't show you a picture of that because then i will be in trouble.

3:Skinny Dip! Get your minds out of the gutter people it's the name of the wine that I'm totally addicted to right at the moment! I got it at Put A Cork In it, its a winery downtown and i love it.

Those are my top 3 things! Haven't really had much of a life lately and its just going to get worst now that i have school starting! But hey wedding is 3 months away YAY

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I finally got to see my friend Kristen this weekend Woo hoo! We went to have lunch at a Mexican restaurant along with Stephanie and Blair! It was fun to finally see one another and talk about wedding stuff.

Stephanie is also one of my bridesmaid and she just cracks me up! She is one of the sweetest girl i know and i love how she has such a free spirit to her! She travels alot sense she works for Southwest Airlines lucky her right??? While at lunch her and Kristen just talked about all the trips that they are taking this year. I admit i was a bit jealous that i cant just pick up and go with them, but hey that's what being a Mommy is all about. Giving up all the fun stuff for amazing stuff! I love it & wouldn't trade it for the world!!!!

Is so much fun to see the girls especially when you haven't seen them in forever! The rest of the weekend i spend it at home with my boys snuggle up because YES it's freezing and snowing.

Cant wait for summer weather :)

{My NEW Obsession}

Okay so I'm totally obsess now with headbands. I blame it on Taylor Swift, Gossip Girl, Lauren Conrad  and my friend Erica. They have the cutest ones! I love wearing them but i do have to admit they give me a headache maybe that's a sign that my head is too BIG.

I decided i wanted to wear one for the wedding. My dress is strapless and I'm wanting a bird cage veil so in order to pull that off my hair will be up. Not sure yet how i want it done. I want something soft and simple that i can later take down for the reception. Any ideas? My colors are Deep Red and Plum so i think if i was to wear a red or purple flower it could work!

They have the cutest headbands for weddings along with bridal Sashes just in case you need to add a little sparkle to your dress. I'm seriously thinking about getting one of their sashes along with a BIG flower for my hair on my wedding day.

This is one of the sashes that i really like! I think i would change the sash color to like a deep plum or whatever flower color i end up wearing that way they match. But isnt this just awesome! I love the Sparkle and HELLO you can totally use it again maybe on a cute cocktail dress im just saying.....
